Shipping & Returns
If you choose to have your goods delivered by Standard Delivery, we aim to deliver your goods within 5 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the day on which the order was placed.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY
If you choose to have your goods delivered by Next Day Delivery, your order must be placed by 12pm Monday - Friday to be eligible. Any order placed after 12pm Monday - Friday will be delivered in 2 working days.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from ourselves containing a link which you can follow to track your order.
Our policy lasts 14 days from receipt. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them in. It must also be in the original packaging with the tags still attached. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts, for reasons not due to our error, are not eligible for a return. Do not return your item without making us aware of the issue as it may result in a slower resolution time.
All refunds are to be made to the account used to pay for your order.
CHANGE/CANCELLATIONS TO YOUR ORDER
Unfortunately, due to the speed of which our warehouse works for getting your order out, we are not always able to make cancellations or adjustments to your order (this includes; item, address and payment changes) once the order has been placed.
MISSING ITEM(S) FROM YOUR ORDER
We may have removed the item(s) due to being out of stock. You will be notified by email if this is the case.
Your item(s) may have been sent in separate parcels, so please check your emails, as we will have notified you.
If you haven't received an email notification about any changes to your order, but you're still missing an item, please contact us immediately with the following information:
- Order Number
- Missing Item(s)
Our support team will look into the matter and will resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.
All item claims must be made within 7 days of the delivery date of your order.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES
You as the customer, are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in. Payment of these fees are necessary to release your order from customs. The grand total of your order as displayed on the checkout does not include any additional duties required. Prior to delivery, the courier will inform you of any additional duties, if required. We have no control over customs and import tax and we cannot tell you exactly how much you will be charged. Customs and import tax varies widely depending on the country that you are situated in.
Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot provide additional advice about the cost of these charges. Please refer to the Customs and Excise regulations for your country or territory.
REFUSING TO PAY CUSTOMS
If you choose to refuse the customs fee and your order is returned back to our warehouse, a shipping & handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
